In the Azores we have the opportunity to observe about 24 species of cetaceans throughout the year. This activity has a maximum duration of three hours and is led by a team of professionals (skippers, biologists and watchmen). Before leaving for the sea, a briefing about the species you can see and the code of ethics of Cetacean Observation in the Azores is held. You will also have at your disposal all the material necessary for your safety and comfort (life jacket and waterproof jacket)
Morning: 08:30 to 12:00
Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Recommended equipment: sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.
