The day begins leaving Ponta Delgada in direction of the eastern part of the island, we make a short stop at the village of Povoação (where the first settlers have landed) for a comfort break (30 min) where you will have the opportunity to taste traditional pastry 'Fofas '.Arriving to Faial da Terra, we start our walk in picturesque small place of "Sanguinho", where you will not only enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view, and also benefit from the explanations of our guide on this fantastic place.We continue our way through the exotic and dense vegetation to arrive to the magnificent waterfall "Salto do Prego", where you can, if you wish, bathe in the fresh clear waters. We continue the trail, and follow a "levada" until we get to Faial da Terra. At the end of the day we return to Ponta Delgada.
